Tea Service!!

When: Friday November 22nd 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Where: Atlantic Ballroom, Room A

Beginning Fridayat 3PM we will have a short lesson on the origins of afternoon tea, and the etiquette for this type of service.

A variety of finger sandwiches, sweets and teas will be served.

Formal clothing is not required; however, a hat or fascinator is encouraged.

There will be a limited number of tickets for those who wish serve.

Tickets must be pre-purchased in advance from the CCFF Ticketing Site (Scroll to the end) Ticket will NOT be available onsite.

Tickets for individuals wishing to help setup the tea service are listed as “SERVER, ” General tickets for the tea service are listed as “SERVED.” ** Ticket sales for this activity will end October 31st. This event is open to FULL EVENT attendees, a presenter/guest or a vendor, or those holding a valid day pass for the day of this event.

For those who wish to assist with setup and service please note the following rules:

• Freshly showered
• Clean clothes. All black, no ripped jeans or casual clothes. Long sleeves.
• Deodorant- unscented, no powders, lotions etc.
• No open wounds on hands.
• May need to wear gloves (TBD)
• May speak only when spoken to and asked a direct question. Simple “yes/no answers” when possible
• Anticipate when to replace foods, drinks
• Assist in set up and break down
• Will eat after seating ends
