Formal Dinner Service will be held on Thursday November 16, 2023. 6:00 PM.
Please Read this post in its entirety as there have been some changes to the Formal Dinner Service since the initial post.
The Formal Dinner Service will take place on the 3rd Floor (Top floor) Conference Center of the event space. There is no limit to the number of those attending. However, to attend the Formal Dinner Service you must be a FULL EVENT attendee, a presenter/guest or a vendor. (This event is NOT open to day-passes or those not attending CCFF)
You do not have to be partnered to attend. Servers will eat once the Dinner Service is concluded.
Required dinner attire is:
Cocktail Dress/Coat and Tie for diners/Dominants/Masters, Kilts are always appropriate.
servers/submissives/slaves MUST wear all black attire. Please dress appropriately for Service. Comfortable shoes are recommended for servers.
This is a formal event, so no ripped jeans, t-shirts etc…
Registration for the event has changed.
Tickets for the Formal Dinner Service MUST be purchased through the ticketing agency: https://coastal-carolina-fetish-fair.ticketleap.com/ (Scroll to the end)
The last day to purchase tickets for the Formal Dinner will be October 31st. (We have to provide the hotel will need a head count before the event.)
Please note there will be two (2) types of tickets. One ticket type for seated diners/Dominants/Masters and one ticket type for servers/submissives/slaves. If you are a switch, please choose your role for the Formal Dinner and purchase the appropriate ticket type.
You may purchase multiples of each ticket type at a time. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket type for your desired position.
servers/submissives/slaves will eat after the dinner service has concluded.

The (required) High Protocol Dinner Class will be held on Thursday November 16th as an intensive.
ALL participants are REQUIRED to attend the class to attend the Formal Dinner Service regardless of lifestyle experience. (Note: You do not have to participate in the formal dinner to attend this class)
If you do not attend the class, you will NOT be allowed to participate in the Formal Dinner and your Dinner Tickets will NOT be refunded
Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffees, a selection of fine hot teas, iced tea
Tossed salad with cucumbers, red onions, croutons and a choice of two dressings
Southern potato salad
Slow roasted barbeque brisket
Grilled chicken with sweet bourbon sauce
Macaroni and cheese
Sautéed green beans with onion and bacon bits
Cornbread muffins with honey butter
Warm peach cobbler with pecans and whipped cream.
The per-person price for both ticket types is $74.
Class Description: The Art of the Formal Dinner (Required to attend the Formal Dinner Service)
A formal dinner complete with decorum and protocol is one way we can all come together as Masters/Dominants, slaves/submissives to enhance our journey and life path. Those who identify on the right side of the slash will learn the art of formal service from the perspective of serving a formal dinner. Those who identify on the left side of the slash will learn the art of accepting that service with protocol and the decorum expected of them. This formal dinner is designed to help enhance the mindset and set the stage for an amazing weekend immersed in our culture. You will learn what is expected protocol for this event as well as opportunities to practice before you attend the Formal Dinner later in the evening. At the conclusion of the class you will receive your armband that allows you entrance to the Dinner event. You do not have to participate in the formal dinner to attend this class, however if you plan to attend the formal dinner this class is required.
